Old Price: $299,900
Days On Market: 160
Beds: 3 Baths: 2 (2 0) (FH) Sq Ft: 1669 Lot Sz: 0.150ac
Area: 20601 Yr: 1954
Agent Remarks from the MLS: Fixer. This house is located in an establish neighborhood, could be a really nice home, previous owner was in the process of remodeling this property, check with the city regarding status of permits if any, newer roof, newer central heat & air unit, some newer electric and pluming, lots of potential
I have not seen this property personally but I have heard that its a rehab in progress. This would be a good candidate for a buy, fix and hold investment. Yes, it is a foreclosure. Its actually owned by a bank called Ownit Mortgage Solutions Inc. that went out of business December 11, 2006 according to inman news.
Ownit Mortgage Solutions Inc. has closed its doors, leaving more than 700 workers at 15 branch locations around the United States out of work. The Agoura Hills, Calif.-based subprime lender, which originated $8.3 billion in loans last year, was unable to obtain funding to continue issuing loans, news reports said.
Also another interesting tidbit about this home is it was previously owned by infamous Tracy real estate brokerage Leesa Ward Real Estate.
