Here are a few of the hottest homes currently on the market in Tracy and priced to sell. These listings are from the public MLS and are not my listings. I am going to break down the best deals post into 3 different posts so I can get it out quickly. Because this is a single family home on a nice sized lot in a decent area of Tracy called parker acres. This MLS listing has no pictures yet but it appears to be a rental property because the sellers are performing a 1031 tax exchange.
