What I am doing in this post is taking the 400,000-500,000 price range homes and make it into two blog posts because there are so many homes in this category. So after looking at the inventory today here are the 2 best homes on the market in my opinion in the price range of 400K-450K:

This is a home that is truly priced to sell. With a bank owned property like this it can take a while for an offer to be excepted and for a deal to close, its a good deal but one must be prepared to jump through a few hoops for the bank.
