Today I see the home front page in the Tracy Press, its sold and the new buyers are using the Tracy down payment assistance program. I am truly happy to see this program work even if it was not one of my buyers. I knew right when I saw this home hit the market that it would be ideal for this program. There are a few other homes in the area that would work but are less ideal. Also I have a listing coming on the market soon in the area that would work. Another thing is that I have been through the application process with the city for a few of my buyers and I know how it works. I have a good lender who is also ready and familiar with the process.
