A drastic price ajustment on bank sale.

I had a lot of activity on my blog yesterday about this bank sale and for good reason. The home was significantly below market. This morning I went to go check it out. When I was there I called the agent and was surprised to hear that the price has been upped to 420K overnight. This just went from a great deal to an average house on the market real quick. I went inside anyways and saw that the home could use new carpet and paint. The backyard is yet to be landscaped and kitchen and bathroom need updating. The price they had before was a severe discount but they could have counted on moving the property quickly. Judging from the activity on my blog (I got about 260 hits) this price would have caused a multiple offer situation. I guess when banks are ready to move there listings they will call me. Anyways here is the new hot Bank owned property:
