Author to sign copies of Hot springs in Tracy, Sunday

The Author of The Byron Hotsprings book, Carol Jenson, will be in Tracy on Sunday April 15th at the Tracy Library to sign books. She will be there from 2-4 p.m. I plan on being there to get my book signed. I have been writing about the Byron Hot springs since I started this blog over a year and a half a go. The hot springs is a area rich in history. Its hard to find anything about the hot springs on the Internet, that's why I posted about it on my blog. I was really happy once I heard this book was going to come out. The book gives a good overview of the ever 
changing landscape of the hot springs. I felt the book lacked detail that one who already knew the history of the hot springs would enjoy. What I liked about the book was there were many pictures I had never seen and from looking at the landscape as to where many of the buildings used to be I was able to actually figer out where a few of them stood. The book is light reading with plenty of pictures. If you are interested in purchasing the book its here
