Wow this is at an amazing price. The banks with there foreclosure listings continue to lead the market in Tracy for the best deals. This bank sale is significantly under market value verses anything else in this price range.

Built in 1990, this home features tile roof and slab foundation. Master bathroom is equiped with Double Sinks, Shower Stall, Sunken Tub, and Walk-In Close. This home is located in the north side of Tracy off of Kavanagh. Kitchen has Breakfast Nook and Dining room Family Combo.
A few things to keep in mind when dealing with a bank owner are that banks take awhile to respond to an offer and also banks prefer AS-IS deals with quick closings. This home is available for showings. My prediction is at this price even in this slow market this home should be going pending in the next week with muli-offers and also will be bid up some. I would guess at least 20K. Give me a call if you are interested.

Yes, the sign is nice. Although, I would be concerned about it pulling bandwidth from somewhere, it's for a good cause, right?
Since the house price was bumped, it would be right to update the posting, I think. Otherwise people calling you would feel cheated by a bite-and-switch. No need to change the body, just a link to the new post, perhaps?
Will the bank consider Offers on these two homes or are the prices Firm? I know the market is changing and the price that you are asking for these older homes that might have repair issues due to age" you can buy brnd New in Lathrop, which is just a Hop jump and skip away. Will the bank go lower?
