Plenty of good deals in the way of bank owned properties latly. Seems the banks are catching on to where the homes should be priced at. The Banks need to SELL. Thats were a good deal is made. Brian, how long do you think this housing bubble will last ? Any speculations ? Are we at the bottom, or are house prices expected to go down more ?
