As far as finding tax rolls directly from the county assessers office in San Joaquin.
Public Information here is What services they offer:
The local tax roll is located in the lobby of the Assessor's 3rd floor office. The roll contains the parcel number and/or location designation; name and mailing address of the assessee; the assessed values of land, improvements, personal property and possessory interests; penalties imposed; homeowner exemption, if applied; local revenue district, and the total taxable value of all property assessed.
The local roll can also be purchased. To order, or for more information, call (209) 468-2654.
What's Available By Phone:
Our Public Information phone line is open from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. every weekday except holidays. Information regarding current ownership of property, owner's mailing address, last recorded document information and current assessment may be obtained by calling (209) 468-2652.

The root site to find all the county's record is at http://naco.org. Locate the county of your choice and find the recorder's section. Just do a ity Search, then view the cities within a selected county or search for counties based on the city.

This property is located in weston ranch and over 2700 sqft. It shows like a model. I wanted my readers to know about this first to get a jump on it. The sellers listed the home at 505K then lowered the price to 475K about 2 weeks ago and now today we are going to be reducing the price to 428,888. At this price it is going to be, hands down, the best deal for the sq.ft in all of weston ranch by far and its in tip top condition. As soon as we make the change in the MLS you will see this home go pending rather quickly. The best part is this home is about 100K below market value, the sellers need to sell now! Sellers are looking for an AS-IS offer and a quick close.
