Public Information here is What services they offer:

The local tax roll is located in the lobby of the Assessor's 3rd floor office. The roll contains the parcel number and/or location designation; name and mailing address of the assessee; the assessed values of land, improvements, personal property and possessory interests; penalties imposed; homeowner exemption, if applied; local revenue district, and the total taxable value of all property assessed.
