Weekly Market Update for Tracy, Ca.

Market update: 3/03/06-3/10/06 - 26 homes pending, 14 homes sold and 433 homes active,

Hello everyone. Sorry its been a few weeks since I have done a market report. I have been really busy. I would ideally like to do this report each Friday. In the report you will find the weekly home sales activity for the city of Tracy, Ca. Each week has a hyper link to the pending and sold homes in a CMA report. Please keep in mind that these links are updated as they change status, for example, if a home is pending and then the deal falls through it becomes active and falls off of the pending list. Solds should remain sold though. Also below I have a hyper link to All open homes for the weekend, in the link is another link to the map to each home. I hope this is helpful. Also keep in mind that I am a buyers agent and I can represent your best interest in purchasing a home in or around Tracy. Thanks for checking out my bloc.

Weekly Market Activity for Tracy, Ca

Open Houses in
Tracy, Ca
This weekend there are over 31 scheduled open houses. Here is a link to all the details and also maps to each home.
Summary: The market seems to still be picking up. New home salespeople are saying that inventory is shrinking and that's because they have been slashing prices. Value seems to be holding steady there were some strong sales this week. Our team has been very busy, my mom sold a really nice home for 910K. We have 6 homes pending and 3 listings on the board, it could always be better :) I am never to busy to talk to a prospective client or my existing clients for that matter. If you are looking for a home in Tracy check out the links on the side bar for MLS access and email updates or you can just give me a call and I will take care of you. Thanks.

Hi, Brian:

Thanks for visiting my site.

BTW, I used to have a real estate license. I have two daughters-in-law who also have licenses, but practice essentially around the Walnut Creek and San Ramon areas.

Collectively, we dabble a bit in real estate.

Any good picks in the Stockton area, preferably duplex?
