My First Post

My name is Brian Barringer and I am a realtor for the Barringer Team in the Tracy California. I have lived in Tracy for most of my life and have watched this town go from a small cow town to a busseling little city. So, I feel I have a unique prospective into the growth here. I plan on posting articles of interest for local Real Estate as well as share my opinion on certain local issues that come up. Also, I plan to use this blog to broadcast any other personal stuff that may come up. This is going to be a way for me to keep in touch with Family, Friends, Clients, and Future Clients.
