My Wife and I bought our first home in Tracy last month. I love having all these projects to do. Its a small 2 bedroom with hardwood floors. Also the previous owner lived there his whole life, so no renters. He also converted the garage into a permitted room adding about 300 sqft. Then he built a detached garage in the back for one car. The garage is nice, but he used aluminum cans as siding. He also put in new windows and insultated siding around the house. What happened is the guy died and it went up as a probate sale.
